Stunning oasis in Sorrento. This hotel has everything: a central location on piazza Tasso, great modernly furnished rooms, quiet functional air conditioning, excellent wifi, and double paned windows that do a great job of keeping the street noise down to an inaudible level. I lucked out by getting the largest room, with everything done in soft shades of limoncello, and a terraced balcony to boot. Breakfast was a sumptuous buffet with a wide range of egg, cheese, and meat dishes, cereals, breads, and a whole table devoted to pastries, and fresh and dried fruit choices. But most of all, I found the level of professional service of the staff to be exceptional, Maria and Barbara being especially helpful. I’ve been to Sorrento many times before and stayed in several different hotels. The Palazzo Jannuzzi is my new home away from home whenever I return here in the future.

Little piece of heaven in Sorrento! Even before we arrived at the Palazzo Jannuzzi I knew it would be a special trip ,the attention to detail via email prior to our arrival and the effort taken to accommodate our special requests where really first class ! Super communication with that extra level of attention to detail that really makes this a very special place to stay . A wonderful home from home you step off the hot street into a wonderful cool atmosphere echoed by the fresh ,fab decor ,strong colours and shapes with a predominance of yellow ,white and black . There is a definite special vibe here you will actually wake up with a smile every morning , la dolce Vida which runs through everything in this place from the decor to the breakfast ,to the team who will look after you , driving force being Ariane who is the secret ingredient tying it all together and ensuring all the subtle little touches and details happen without fanfare like only the finest maitre d’Hotel .Located in the main square you are at the epicentre of all activity in Sorrento , close to the port , the shops ,restaurants and cafes , noise is not an issue even at peak times and you can sit on your balcony and soak in the special atmosphere .Palazzo Jannuzzi is a real gem !

Quaint, cozy and great service! Just when we thought small hotels meant small spaces, we stayed at Palazzo Jannuzzi. Incredible service, beautiful rooms, quaint ambiance, modern decor and great home made breakfast. Plus, the personal service of owners is evident in the attention to detail. It is right in the main plaza but without the noise and bustle! Loved it!

Soggiorno Meraviglioso il TOP per noi Abbiamo soggiornato sette notti presso il palazzo Jannuzzi a Sorrento. L'ubicazione è logisticamente il massimo che si potesse chiedere , sia per la vicinanza al mare/porto sia per la miriade di attività e ristoranti nei dintorni. Parto dall'ubicazione in quanto si potrebbe pensare che il prezzo da pagare sta nell'ovvia rumorosità insita nelle piazze di centro città, con via vai di turisti e giovani che la notte giustamente si divertono: ebbene qui la notte si riposa meglio che a 2000 metri in un capanno alpino. Insonorizzato benissimo la notte "non vola una mosca". Poi non dimentichiamo i letti e la pulizia eccellenti veramente 5 stelle da attribuire alla zona notte ed alla cura degli ambienti. Passiamo al risveglio dove sulla splendida terrazza si potevano degustare le prelibatezze dolciarie, frutta, torte preparate dalla proprietaria, alla quale va il mio più sentito ringraziamento in quanto l'ultimo giorno ha cucinato una torta appositamente per nostra figlia (che è intollerante al lattosio) squisita e di cui ricordiamo ancora il sapore. Un ringraziamento anche alle receptionist ed alla sig.ra Maria alla quale abbiamo chiesto consigli per visitare i luoghi sia via mare che via terra e ci ha assistito sempre con grande gentilezza proponendoci tour adatti alle nostre esigenze. Al piano terreno fa parte del palazzo anche il negozio in cui si possono trovare oggetti di ceramica e legno intarsiato tutti rigorosamente artigianali e mai visti prima, in quantità e qualità molto elevate, sebbene io non sia un intenditore mi sarei soffermato di più ad ammirare tutte quelle opere. Purtroppo il tempo corre inesorabile e la nostra vacanza è terminata ma senza dubbio se torneremo a Sorrento il palazzo Jannuzzi sarà la nostra meta. Vi ringraziamo e vi porteremo nei nostri ricordi con tutte le persone che abbiamo conosciuto, i ristoratori, il capitano della barca sig.Michele, i luoghi inaspettati con scorci da cartolina le rocce ed il mare trasparente che ci ha donato quella strana sensazione di felicità che andavamo cercando. Grazie a tutti e complimenti per l'ospitalità.

We have been to Sorrento 3 times and this is our favourite hotel. Location, atmosphere and breakfast! Amazing!!! The rooms are the most refreshing change to typical Italian hotels, spacious and spotless bathrooms! You won’t find a better place to stay! The balcony overlooking the main square is perfect after a long day to sit and relax ! Thank you for having us!

Elegant unpretentious and PERFECT.Our family enjoyed our time tremendously in this wonderfully situated hotel in the main square of Sorrento. Barbara and the staff could not have been more welcoming or accommodating. Barbara planned rides from Rome and other excisions to Puglia.. boat rides and dinner rides. She accommodated my elderly mum and helped my brother rent a scooter... the hotels rooms are beautiful.. with balconies overlooking the square. You are in the midst of Sorrento’s bustle but the hotel is calm and spacious. We adored all the staff and the lovely breakfast each morning. Like other reviewers we cannot say rnough. GRAZIE!!!❤️❤️❤️

Amazing stay in Sorrento. Loved everything about Palazzo Januzzi from the location to the room (unbelievable) and the breakfast selection was superb. The staff go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Cannot recommend highly enough

La location è perfetta nel periodo invernale perché è in pieno centro. La struttura è curata in tutto, pulita, elegante, il servizio parcheggio è rapido e sicuro, il personale gentile e disponibile.

Situato in pieno centro il Palazzo J offre la possibilità di visitare Sorrento in ogni sua parte, con facilità si può raggiungere la spiaggia ed il porto per visitare anche altri paesi della penisola via mare. La colazione è molto ricca e variegata. Il Parcheggio è a due passi. Le camere sono calde accoglienti e ben arredate. La Junior Suite è la camera ideale per passare un paio di notti insieme alla persona amata. 40m2 di pura armonia, assolutamente da rifare!!! »

The Palazzo Jannuzzi Relais situated in the heart of town .We had the junior suite room 26 and it was amazing with a wonderful large roof terrace. We loved staying in such a spacious room, and experienced exemplary guest services throughout our stay. The care and attention to detail Ariane and her staff provided exceed our expectations.
