Colazione preparata dalla proprietaria, tutto buonissimo e freschissimo. Camera molto pulita, ampia e con una vista sulla piazza principale della città. Posizione molto comoda per ogni spostamento. Personale gentile e attento. Cosa volere di più?

E' stato un piacevole soggiorno. La scelta di Palazzo Jannuzzi Relais si è confermata vincente per la gentilezza del personale, la pulizia generale e la posizione, praticamente si affaccia sulla piazza centrale della città ed anche di alta qualità la colazione. Eccellente rapporto prezzo qualità. Ci torneremo.

Beautiful Hotel, Perfect Location, and Friendly Staff What a wonderful experience! This hotel is beautifully decorated, It was clean and spacious! We had no mechanical issues the air conditioner worked and the elevator was a perfect touch after walking all day. Great Staff... Everyone was friendly, the breakfast was fabulous, and the location was ideal.

Favoloso soggiorno al PJ. Siamo appena tornati a casa da qualche notte in questo fantastico hotel proprio nel centro della città. Una posizione così ottima per esplorare Sorrento. Un sacco di negozi, bar, ristoranti ecc nelle vicinanze e il porto turistico grande è a pochi passi di distanza. Abbiamo alloggiato in una grande junior suite con letto molto comodo, ampio bagno e articoli da toeletta forniti erano incantevoli. La camera aveva anche una bella grande veranda e balcone. La colazione fornita ogni mattina era fantastica e i membri del personale erano incantevoli e molto disponibile, ci ha aiutato a organizzare i trasporti e fornendo raccomandazioni per ristoranti e luoghi da visitare. Sicuramente soggiornerò al Palazzo Jannuzzi se tornerò a Sorrento e non posso consigliarlo abbastanza. Vai, non rimarrai deluso.

L'ospitalità, l'atmosfera e le persone che si prendono cura dell'hotel....eccellente! Che bella proprietà e non può essere più centrale proprio sulla piazza... ci siamo sentiti un patrimonio e abbiamo amato ogni momento in esso... altamente raccomandabile in quanto è abbastanza caratteristico e ha un'atmosfera molto buona. Il personale era molto cortese e molto disponibile

Spacious, great location with great views! Everything was perfect: the location, clean, spacious, great response from staff members; very helpful and always with the smile on their faces:) feel like at home; like family. Great central location, close to everything within short walking distance. The best part was also, we had a suite with two balconies, very large sizes, where we enjoyed spending our evenings watching people on the main square!. Thank you, for a great stay!

Best place so far on our 3 eek trip The most wonderful experience, friendly, family ran B & B. Right in the middle of town. Staff is the family and so helpful and accommodating. Most stay in Sorento. So convenient to everything. We will highly recommend a stay. Enjoy all the surrounding area to. Spend a day in Capri

This place is simply the best... This place is amazing. Beautiful room, perfect location, *wonderful* hosts, great price. I would not change a single thing. Ask the hosts for great restaurant recommendations, and places to explore. We are off to other destinations and wish we could take this place with us.

The lady (Ariane) who manages and owns this establishment was simply delightful to deal with. The hotel is right in the middle of the town centre and only a short walk from Sorrento train station. The room was spotless and well maintained and the bed was very comfortable. We had a great view of the main square from our room and the breakfast was first rate. The other staff we dealt with were professional and courteous. In the event that we ever come to Sorrento in the future, we will be asking to stay here again and will definitely recommend these premises to anyone we know who is coming to Sorrento.

Incantevole. Una bellissima scoperta nel vero centro di Sorrento. Mi sono regalata una piccola vacanza con un'amica a Palazzo Jannuzzi Relais. Questo hotel è un gioiellino: la tradizione e il calore dell'ospitalità di una storica famiglia sorrentina coniugata con il lusso e il comfort di un soggiorno nel vero centro di Sorrento. La suite con terrazzo e affaccio su piazza Tasso è spaziosa, piena di luce e confortevole in tutto: nel periodo natalizio, è una festa anche restarsene in stanza a guardare le luci della piazza e il gigantesco albero di Natale. Nonostante la posizione centrale, nessun rumore dalla strada. I dolci della colazione sono tutti fatti in casa dalla proprietaria e sono superlativi (ho avuto anche opzioni senza glutine di marca Schar). Comodissimo anche il servizio di parcheggio (a pagamento, ma con ritiro della macchina all'arrivo e riconsegna alla partenza, assolutamente stress free). Torneremo sicuramente. Per me e per la mia amica Palazzo Jannuzzi Relais è già diventato una tradizione.

From the moment we entered the hotel we were greeted with open arms and truly felt like family. The rooms were so cute, the location was perfect and the staff was beyond all expectations Lisa and Maria gave us all the help and suggestions we needed for great restaurants, places to shop and anything else you could think of. Breakfast was delicious and a fun way to start the day with fresh fruit, pastries and hot food as well. Just can't say enough about how happy we were to spend our 5 days there !!!!
