Un’esperienza incredibile! Il Palazzo Jannuzzi è situato nel centro di Sorrento, gode di stanze meravigliose con terrazze molto romantiche. La gentilezza dello staff è sublime, qualsiasi vostro desiderio o richiesta verrà prontamente accolto dalla Signora Ariane. Se volete vivere una favola nella favola, questo è il luogo dove dovete alloggiare. Non fatevi intimorire dalla posizione, è totalmente insonorizzato! Consigliatissimo!
Loved the owner Ariane who looked after us so well. Fantastic comfortable rooms with the best beds/ bedding and pillows. Excellent shower. Delicious homemade breakfast and excellent advice. Faultless and quiet despite the busy streets around. Highly recommend.
Siamo rientrati ora da una vacanza indimenticabile presso il Palazzo Jannuzzi Relais, la posizione dell'hotel è a dir poco perfetta infatti è situato in pieno centro a Sorrento.Le camere sono dotate di ogni comfort ed hanno una vista meravigliosa. Tutto il personale è fantastico,cordiali e sempre disponibili.La colazione è molto ricca e variegata.Spero di ritornarci il prima possibile
Hotel nella piazza centrale di Sorrento, grande professionalità nell’accoglienza, attenzione al cliente, a soddisfare le diverse esigenze, tempestività e disponibilità nel rispondervi.. La nostra stanza per 4 era molto ampia, accogliente, comoda, con una grande terrazza. Tutti gli ambienti curati e ricercati nei particolari, grande e bella sala della colazione con la cucina a vista, atmosfera familiare ma al tempo stesso elegante e di charme. La squisita cortesia e discrezione della proprietaria sig.ra Ariane e di tutto il suo staff, la mattina ci accoglieva con una meravigliosa colazione, imperdibili e indimenticabili i suoi dolci, ogni mattina ci deliziava con un dolce diverso, vere coccole. Non si può chiedere di più, il top!!
È la seconda volta che ho il piacere di soggiornare a Palazzo Jannuzzi con la mia famiglia ed ancora una volta abbiamo avuto l'impressione di avere vissuto un sogno. Siamo stati conquistati dall'atmosfera raffinata ed al tempo stesso accogliente di questa affascinante dimora d'epoca, che offre al visitatore una sintesi perfetta fra modernità e tradizione familiare. Il ricordo più vivo del nostro soggiorno è quello della luce: la luce delle stanze spaziose e aperte sulla piazza, la luce degli arredi e delle ceramiche, la luce della sala colazioni con la magnifica cucina a vista dove ogni mattina si preparano colazioni sontuose, la luce del sorriso e degli occhi della proprietaria Ariane, che - grazie alla sua cordialità e al supporto di uno staff molto efficiente - rende questo posto davvero unico!

Raffinato boutique hotel. Un piccolo hotel raffinato, in pieno centro, dall’atmosfera intima ed accogliente. Grande attenzione ai dettagli, ambienti curati, ricercati. Stile, charme e buon gusto si fondono alla perfezione, sia nella splendida camera riservataci sia nelle zone comuni. Una grande e rara cura del dettaglio ci ha colpiti fin subito. Siamo stati accolti con garbo, professionalità e discrezione. Imperdibile la colazione, un copioso buffet ottimamente presentato, dolci e torte bellissimi da vedere, squisiti da assaggiare. Menzione speciale per la proprietaria, signora Ariane: grazie per aver reso indimenticabile un fine settimana “qualunque"
Our stay at Palazzo Jannuzzi Relais was perfect in every way. Our room overlooking Piazza Tasso was spacious and the breakfast each morning was delicious. We were there in December and the Christmas decorations in the hotel were very festive and the lights on the square were amazing. We would definitely return.
Luxury Hotel, Representing the Essence of Sorrento centrally located. This was the first hotel my husband and I stayed in during our honeymoon in Sorrento and it set a very high standard. The Jannuzzi is a beautiful hotel which is perfectly located and the perfect size for anyone staying in Sorrento. It is big enough that it has everything needed, but small enough that you are able to have a personalized luxury experience. We stayed here for about 5 days. To start,the evening we arrived late to the hotel a wonderful platter with flowers and small foods local to Sorrento awaited us after traveling which was delicious and a perfect start to our honeymoon. Our room located right along the main square with 2 whole balconies to ourselves overlooking the busiest hub in town which is perfect for people watching and enjoying a glass of wine because it is large and perfectly located. While the room is located on the square there is no need to worry about noise because as soon as you close the balcony doors there is peace and quiet as if the doors are soundproof! The colors and design in the room were classy and creative with wonderful art such as a painting of Mount Vesuvius in our room. The bathroom was very large, with a beautiful tile shower and mirror. The bed was extremely comfortable and clean, as well as a small couch which was nice for watching TV. One of my favorite parts of this hotel was the breakfast each morning which had to be the best breakfast on our entire trip. Every morning a homemade breakfast buffet Sorrento style awaited us in the dining area which had such a cozy and home touch. Homemade cakes, cookies, breads, coffee, along with meats, eggs, cheeses... anything you could want for breakfast was there and everything we tried was out of this world delicious. The staff was extremely pleasant and friendly, and Ariane the owner was so kind and helpful with any questions. This hotel IS the place to stay in Sorrento so for anyone reading this review stop your search and book this hotel. You will not regret it! Sorrento itself is also a charming Italian town, juts big enough so there is always something to do but also not so big that it loses its charm, we loved strolling down the main street in the evening, getting gelato and gourmet Italian dinners, looking into shops or just wandering the streets. This is a must see hotel and town when visiting Italy.
Purtroppo abbiamo soggiornato in questo bellissimo hotel de charme solo una notte, ci ritorneremo per un periodo più lungo appena possibile. L'hotel si trova nella piazza principale di Sorrento (Piazza Tasso), ma non temeteil rumore, perchè è tutto insonorizzato. A due passi di numero dalle strade dello shopping, da bar, ristoranti e caffetterie di ogni genere. E' vicinissimo al porto da dove partono tutti gli aliscafi per Capri, Ischia, Napoli ect. La camera (n.16) si affaccia sul vicolo, è molto spaziosa, ben arredata e con un bellissimo bagno, grande e comodo con tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno quando si è fuori casa (sapone, balsamo, shampoo, crema corpo profumati ai fichi- il mio preferito!). Bella la biancheria da letto e bagno. Colazione eccellente, prodotti dolci e salati di ogni genere tutti fatti in casa. Inoltre la colazione è servita su un meraviglioso terrazzo dove crescono i limoni. Insomma, se vi piacciono gli hotel piccoli, dove tutto è curato nei minimi particolari per farti sentire meglio che a casa tua, siete nel posto giusto! Il tutto con l'aggiunta di una grande attenzione al cliente; hanno riservato un upgrade gratuito della camera (suite bellissima con vista sulla piazza) ai nostri ospiti - cosa che ho apprezzato particolarmente. Perfect stay. There isn't in fact anything I can add to previous reviews in this site, as everything I read in the last reviews was true, correct and most accurate. It is the location, the quality of rooms and the service that make it so perfect. And there is also the excellent breakfast. When visiting sorrento do not hesitate - this is the place to stay

«Non ha niente da invidiare ad un hotel 5 stelle lusso tutto fantastico e curato nei minimi dettagli dagli oggetti alla camera dal personale alla qualità della colazione servita.
Stunning oasis in Sorrento. This hotel has everything: a central location on piazza Tasso, great modernly furnished rooms, quiet functional air conditioning, excellent wifi, and double paned windows that do a great job of keeping the street noise down to an inaudible level. I lucked out by getting the largest room, with everything done in soft shades of limoncello, and a terraced balcony to boot. Breakfast was a sumptuous buffet with a wide range of egg, cheese, and meat dishes, cereals, breads, and a whole table devoted to pastries, and fresh and dried fruit choices. But most of all, I found the level of professional service of the staff to be exceptional, Maria and Barbara being especially helpful. I’ve been to Sorrento many times before and stayed in several different hotels. The Palazzo Jannuzzi is my new home away from home whenever I return here in the future.

Little piece of heaven in Sorrento! Even before we arrived at the Palazzo Jannuzzi I knew it would be a special trip ,the attention to detail via email prior to our arrival and the effort taken to accommodate our special requests where really first class ! Super communication with that extra level of attention to detail that really makes this a very special place to stay . A wonderful home from home you step off the hot street into a wonderful cool atmosphere echoed by the fresh ,fab decor ,strong colours and shapes with a predominance of yellow ,white and black . There is a definite special vibe here you will actually wake up with a smile every morning , la dolce Vida which runs through everything in this place from the decor to the breakfast ,to the team who will look after you , driving force being Ariane who is the secret ingredient tying it all together and ensuring all the subtle little touches and details happen without fanfare like only the finest maitre d’Hotel .Located in the main square you are at the epicentre of all activity in Sorrento , close to the port , the shops ,restaurants and cafes , noise is not an issue even at peak times and you can sit on your balcony and soak in the special atmosphere .Palazzo Jannuzzi is a real gem !
